5 Day Private Yoga Classes Program
A daily yoga practice has a wide range of benefits including improving flexibility, increased strength, balance, and posture. This program consists of a one hour class taught each day for consecutive five days. Each class focuses on a different area of the body and series of poses. These private yoga classes aim to educate and bring experience to a wide range of yoga poses. Classes are taught either one to one or if you are not sure if you can commit to a daily practice perhaps join with a friend for motivation!

Unlimited Monthly Private Yoga Classes Program
This program provides an opportunity to improve your practice and knowledge. Each class aims to bring a well-rounded series of poses while incorporating a variety of "peak" poses that aim to challenge and assist you in your yoga journey. Classes are taught either one to one or you can choose to create a small group.
