Susan – Founder & Lead Yoga Instructor

Susan is a certified yoga teacher with over a decade of experience in Hatha, Vinyasa, prenatal, and mindfulness-based practices. After training and teaching internationally, she founded Balanced Mind and Body Yoga to bring personalized, in-home yoga experiences to Marbella’s vibrant community of residents and visitors.

Her teaching style blends alignment, breathwork, and intuitive movement to create a grounding and restorative experience. Susan works with clients of all ages and levels, including beginners, expectant mothers, and those recovering from injury or burnout.

Hayley – Private Yoga & Pregnancy Yoga Instructor, Marbella

Hayley Rowlands is a certified yoga instructor and pregnancy yoga specialist, offering private yoga classes in Marbella with a gentle, nurturing approach.

Before becoming a yoga teacher, Hayley enjoyed a 15-year career as a professional international dancer. Throughout that time, yoga was her sanctuary—a way to restore balance, heal from physical strain, and reconnect with herself amidst the demands of performance life.

Inspired by the deep healing she experienced through yoga—both physically and emotionally—Hayley transitioned into teaching, driven by a desire to help others experience the same transformation.

Hayley combines her extensive movement background with the principles of breathwork, mindfulness, and body alignment to create private yoga sessions that are both precise and soulful. Her classes are known for their calm, non-judgmental atmosphere where students feel safe to explore movement and stillness at their own pace.​
