Meet Susan Perry, a passionate yoga instructor who brings a wealth of knowledge and a nurturing spirit to her classes. Born and raised in Australia and now calling Marbella her permanent home, Susan's love affair with yoga began over a decade ago, igniting a journey of self-discovery and holistic well-being.

​

With her 200-hour Yoga Teacher Trainer certification from Yoga Alliance, Susan is committed to sharing the transformative power of yoga with her students. Specializing in Vinyasa, she seamlessly blends elements of Ashtanga and other styles to create dynamic and flowing sequences. Her classes offer a perfect balance of strength, flexibility, and mindfulness, encouraging students to explore their edge and connect with their inner selves.

Beyond Vinyasa, Susan's expertise extends to other practices that nourish the mind and body. She is well-versed in Yin yoga, offering a restorative and deeply relaxing experience, as well as Yoga Nidra, a guided meditation technique that promotes deep relaxation and rejuvenation. Susan also excels in Postpartum Yoga, providing gentle and supportive practices for new mothers, and incorporates Pilates principles into her teachings for added core strength and stability.

Susan's teaching philosophy goes beyond physical postures. She places a strong emphasis on balancing the physical, mental, and emotional aspects of each student through a guided practice. HAYLEY ROWLANDS

 

Hayley Rowlands is a fully qualified yoga teacher and pregnancy yoga teacher.

Hayley’s previous career as an professional international dancer has spanned over 15 years. Throughout her career as a dancer, Hayley always found solace in her yoga practice; she utilised yoga as a means of escaping the demands of her fast-paced profession.

 

Using the postures in asana as a way to rehabilitate, she grew to appreciate the healing properties of yoga. Becoming increasingly devoted, Hayley’s knowledge of the philosophy behind yoga developed and it became abundantly clear to her that she needed more than just physical fitness to feel truly happy.

 

Through yoga, Hayley began to nurture her mind and spirit, as well as her body. Yoga has brought Hayley a sense of contentment and joy; it makes her feel healthier – both physically and mentally.

 

In Hayley’s classes, she combines her extensive knowledge of dance and yoga, ensuring her students’ movements is precise, whilst utilising a range of breathing techniques to achieve calmness. Hayley’s loving and thoughtful personality shines through during each of her classes, and she always fosters a relaxed, non-judgmental environment. She strives to ensure her students feel free to push themselves, whist maintaining focus internally. Through promoting harmony between the body, mind and spirit, Hayley is extremely committed to helping others to thrive. She endeavours to lead a practice that is challenging and focused; however, her adaptability means that she can tailor her practice to suit her students’ needs and abilities. It is of upmost importance to Hayley that yoga is accessible and fun.

Hayley also specializes in Pregnancy Yoga. As a mother herself, Hayley knows first hand how beneficial prenatal and postnatal practice can be. Using tools such as meditation, visualization and breathing techniques, pregnancy yoga will help you connect with your unborn baby, and prepare you for birth. Focusing on nurturing yourself and the body within.

Having experienced the positive impact that yoga can have on a person’s wellbeing, Hayley is incredibly passionate about the everlasting benefits of yoga, and she is committed to bringing yoga to everyone.
